LINLITHGOW

Fernlea is a Victorian home reimagined for modern family living. The project involved a full renovation, including a two-storey side extension, attic conversion, and a thoughtful reconfiguration of the ground floor to improve flow and natural light. Neutral tones and natural materials create a cohesive, warm, and inviting atmosphere, while practical storage solutions and family-focused design ensure the home is as functional as it is beautiful. From bespoke joinery to carefully styled details, every space balances comfort, style, and everyday practicality — a home designed to be lived in and loved.
