This service brings together everything included in our Mini Design, Full Design and Kitchens & Bathrooms packages, with additional layers of support shaped around the scale and complexity of your project. From concept development and space planning through to technical drawings, sourcing and ongoing implementation support, every detail is customised to your brief, timeline and level of involvement.

Our process

  • 01 Consultation

    Every project begins with listening. We take time to understand how you live, what matters most to you and how your space needs to function. Depending on your service, this may be a focused design consultation or a more in-depth briefing that informs a full design scheme.

    Either way, this stage is about clarity - defining priorities and setting a strong foundation for the design.

  • 02 Design Development

    This is where your ideas take shape. We develop a considered design scheme that brings together layout planning, finishes, lighting, furniture and bespoke elements where needed. Detailed drawings, visualisations and specifications help you fully understand the design before anything moves forward.

    For renovation projects, we also support technical planning and coordination, ensuring the design works beautifully in real life, not just on paper.

  • 03 Installation & Styling

    For larger projects, we can support you through installation, sourcing and final styling to ensure the design is delivered smoothly and with attention to detail. For smaller-scale services, this stage focuses on giving you clear guidance and next steps so you can move forward with confidence.

  • Electrical & Lighting Plans

    Detailed plans showing lighting, sockets and switch placement to support both ambience and everyday practicality.

  • Power Hour

    A one-to-one design consultation focused on your key questions, from layouts and finishes to furniture placement and colour choices. You’ll leave with clear, practical advice you can act on straight away.

  • Product Procurement

    Sourcing and procurement of furniture, lighting and accessories, ensuring each piece aligns with your design and arrives when it should. We manage the ordering and logistics for a seamless experience.

  • Styling

    Final-stage styling to complete your space with carefully chosen soft furnishings, accessories and artwork, adding warmth, texture and balance.

  • The best place to begin is by completing the enquiry form. Once we receive your details, we will be in touch to arrange a short discovery call to discuss your home, your goals, and which services would be the best fit.

  • We specialise in residential interiors, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and full-home renovations. We work on both single rooms and multi-room projects, and occasionally take on select commercial projects as well.

  • Yes. Our virtual design service allows us to work with clients anywhere in the UK. You’ll receive layouts, design concepts, sourcing lists, and guidance so you can implement the design confidently in your own time.

  • Projects are typically priced on a room-by-room basis, depending on scope, complexity and time required. As an example, a full room design starts from £550 + VAT. After your discovery call, we’ll provide a clear proposal outlining your design fees, and you can also download our pricing guide for an overview of starting prices across our services.

  • Yes. Through our Product Procurement service, we can manage sourcing, placing orders, coordinating deliveries, and assisting with any supplier queries. Many clients also benefit from trade discounts through Studio Heim.

  • Depending on the project, we can provide project management support, including coordinating trades and reviewing plans. We also collaborate with builders and architects to ensure the design is implemented accurately. Please note, this service is not applicable for virtual clients.

  • That’s entirely up to you. Some clients enjoy being closely involved in the process, while others prefer us to take the lead. Our aim is to guide the design while ensuring the final result reflects your lifestyle and home.

  • After your enquiry, we’ll arrange a discovery call to discuss your project and outline a tailored proposal. This first step ensures clarity, confidence, and a smooth path forward — helping you turn ideas into a well-considered, beautiful home.
